On-Road.com (Certiflow BV) is a live eCoC platform. One template per type approval, then VIN and what is unique. No XML writing. Sign with QES or eSeal via eID Easy. Validation against IVI 2.0 XSD and ICM 3.1 before signing. EU NAP submission from the platform. Deadline 29 November 2026. Built in Belgium with Ballistix (part of Vandelanotte).

- Bodybuilders: you issue the eCoC for your stage. Take over the previous layer, add what is unique.
- Small series: start with one type or line. Prove the workflow, then grow.

Live eCoC-platform. Sjabloon per typegoedkeuring, daarna VIN en wat uniek is. Validatie tegen IVI 2.0 XSD en ICM 3.1 vóór ondertekenen. Indiening via een EU-NAP vanuit het platform, met status en referentie. VCA blijft een aparte credentials-route. Eerste eCoC is versie 1; een correctie is een nieuwe verzegelde versie.
