Live platform. Sjabloon per typegoedkeuring, daarna VIN en wat uniek is. Bestand klaar voor NAP/EUCARIS. Jij dient in bij de autoriteit. Koppeling met RDW, KBA en VCA (VK en Noord-Ierland) komt later. Eerste eCoC is versie 1.
