When does the digital eCoC become mandatory?

From 29 November 2026 the Certificate of Conformity must be digital in IVI 2.0 XML format, qualified-signed (XAdES) and archived for 10 years.

An electronic Certificate of Conformity: not a PDF or Word file, but a digitally signed XML document according to IVI 2.0.
